Further rules and information
1) In Italy there is a new law that obliges us to draw up a tourist rental contract. As a responsible host, we adhere to all rules and laws and therefore ask you to sign this "short-term rental contract" digitally. Furthermore, we require a copy of your passport or ID, as we must receive your contact details within 24 hours of your arrival via the Alloggiati Web, i.e. the State Police portal.
2) Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the flat.
3) Please do not keep food in the bedroom.
4) No visitors allowed. Only for booked guests.
5) Treat your booked accommodation as if it were your own home.
6) If guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, we expect them to inform their host as soon as possible and work with them to find an appropriate solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable compensation if they are responsible for damage, missing items or unexpected cleaning costs.
